get to know me

I chose my specialty because...

I enjoy working with teens. The teenage years can be difficult and it helps to have someone you can trust to help you navigate those years. I remember how one doctor really helped me when I was a teen. I'm humbled to be able to offer that same kind of help today.

I like working with kids because...

they are always learning, even when they make mistakes.

I chose to work at Dayton Children's because...

our youth deserve excellent care that's close to home. I offer a unique perspective on health that complements and adds to the Dayton Children's experience.

Dayton Children's is special because...

everyone here cares about the patients!

She was very she had a lot of information to share with us that we weren't aware of. She listened to our questions and answered them promptly and I felt like I learned a lot from her.

Her information was very thorough, very clear, very easy. She made a very difficult topic easier to understand. I wouldn't say it was easy to understand but easier and she was very willing to answer any questions. That's it.

Dr. Stewart was very sweet and understanding. She asked me a lot of very specific questions to get a better understanding of what I was going through. And she's very nice, she's very helpful and very professional. And she understood where I was coming from and she didn't make me feel awkward. She made me feel comfortable, very comfortable.
