Sean Bingham, DO, is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Dayton Children's Hospital. Dr. Bingham was born an raised in West Texas. He completed his medical school education at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following college, he spent his internship and residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School - Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia. He completed his fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology in 2017 at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Bingham is board certified in general pediatrics.
When asked why he chose to specialize in pediatric gastroenterology he said that he loves working with children, and the gastrointestinal tract is a fascinating organ system.
One of his favorite things about working with children is how incredibly resilient and joyful they are because they are our legacy.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Bingham enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.
