Dr. Nguyen was fabulous! He spent ample amount of time with us and never seemed rushed. He was silly with my daughter and she loved that. We will return in the future if we have urology needs.

Very informative, answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and informed on what was going on with my child!

The provider seen I was a younger mother finally deciding to get my 3 week old circumcised and he sat there for 30-45 minutes convincing me not to then told me before he left that in his opinion he thinks I made a good decision by not doing it. (I still went through with it)

I felt dismissed by this provider. Things were not explained in a way I could understand, nor was I informed about what I should be on the look out for. While I am not in the medical field, I am educated and have a daughter with a chronic medical condition who sees a number of specialists and I was not able to fully understand what was being conveyed to me by the doctor and I felt as though the doctor thought I was just flat out wrong and did not convey that very respectfully. I brought my son to this provider based on a referral from his primary care provider who observed what she believed to be a serious medical issue and when this provider didn't see it on first glance he decided he had to do nothing else. He spent a great deal of time explaining what I believe to be irrelevant information and no time at all explaining the relevant information. The reviews I read online did not match the provider I experienced and that was disappointing. I'm just thankful my son is too young to really realize what a disappointing visit it was.
