My only feedback is that we were coming in post tube removal and I'm not sure why audiology wasn't scheduled. We did get to do a hearing test and makes sure we don't have to adjust her hearing aids but the staff said it wasn't scheduled and they'd have to check if someone was available. I would have been upset if we had to come back for that so I'm glad it worked out but still not clear why they didn't schedule it.

Everyone was so nice and treated us with so much respect. The Ma's, nurses and the providers were just absolutely amazing. I was running late at the time due to getting off work late. I was created by front desk and they got me checked in as soon as possible. Then they showed me where I needed to go. This office is amazing and the facility

We always have a great experience- the nurse/physicians make sure my questions are answered in a respectful way. They talk to my daughter and make her feel included. We love Dayton childrens!

She told us there was a significant decrease in my son's hearing since his surgery and said we needed to recheck it in about 6 weeks. However when we asked her what the course of action would be if it wasn't improved at the next hearing test, she couldn't tell us or didn't know and didn't bother to ask the actual ENT doctor.
