The sleep doctor did not listen to what I had to say and in the notes there were things that were misinterpreted.

Our child was extremely nervous about even the possibility of needing to do a sleep test. I told Dr. Hassan Dbouk that this was the case and then everything he did from then on only made her more nervous. I would think that this would be a more common thing and a Dr. would know how to handle this type of situation at a facility specifically for children, but it seemed he did not. I'm hoping that after the sleep test we can find someone else to see, because I don't think our child will even go to an appointment if she knows he will be there.

Good listener, very knowledgeable and caring.

The provider came in and stood in front of us, talking down at us the whole appointment. When beginning to speak about the patient (my 4.5 year old daughter), he was addressing my 2 year old son who was also with us at the appointment. I had to point to my daughter and say "this is the patient." He told us to schedule a 6 month follow up with the nurse who would come back in, and when she came in to schedule, I was told the appointment would be with the NP, not this physician who I intentionally established out care with for this appointment when the physician from our previous appointments left the practice. All around disappointing experience.
