She was dismissive of my daughters description of symptoms, asked the same exact question repeatedly and made my daughter feel like she wasn't telling the truth. At one point she began laughing unexpectedly during the exam and seemed to expect my daughter to read her mind about what she wanted her to do.

She was in my child's room possibly 10 minutes and she did nothing to listen to her. She told her to drink water. And that is it.

She was very nice and listened to our concerns. She took her time and explained things like we needed. It was a great experience.
