Dayton Children’s Hospital's three-year* pediatric emergency medicine fellowship program (PEM), in affiliation with Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, offers an outstanding clinical and educational experience.

The PEM program at Dayton Children's focuses on the specific needs of the fellows to reach their desired goals. The training, education and curriculum will be individualized to accomplish the PEM fellow's clinical education and research objectives. Fellows will be trained methodically to become excellent and compassionate pediatric emergency medicine clinicians, educators and researchers. Our mission is to guide and support each trainee to be successful in their future clinical and academic careers.
