It would be nice to get more suggestions or input on how to handle different situations when a child gets out of hand and refuses to anything and lashes out

I think Dr. Miriyala is a very good doctor. She at first, it takes a while to get used to her because she does a lot of when you answer her questions. But overall, I think that she really does care that insurance was giving her a problem with what she was trying to prescribe. And she was doing a lot of work behind the scenes, trying to get that approved. And she was communicating with me. And, you know, my son seems to be having a difficult time. I'm he's got oppositional defiance. And he, he has proven to be a little bit difficult. And she's, she's working with us and
