While at my appointment, she explained things thoroughly. She answered all questions. She didn't feel stupid for asking them. She explained things that I didn't understand and needed explained to me. And she was really receptive to the things I had to say. Every question I had, she answered very well and thoroughly. And it was a good visit. I appreciated it. I don't always get that kind of treatment at a doctor.

She explained things to us in a way we would understand and made sure we were comfortable with our plan before our appointment was over.

Tammy the NP and Elizabeth the generic counselor were very friendly and informative. They were so patient with both my kids. They both answered my questions and I left feeling much better!

The provider was great. The nursing assistant was rude to both my daughter and I separate times during the same visit.
