Everyone was very welcoming and comforting while we were there for our sons appointment

She was nice enough. But it seemed like she had made up her mind before even examining my son. Kind of gave me the impression the entire department was worthless. Like we won't treat you different whether you have it or not. (But you probably don't.) I was strongly encouraged to have my son evaluated by 2 different doctors. So to feel like I drove an hour to wait another half hour to be seen just to be treated like we were exaggerating or... I don't even know what. It was a big waste of my time. She did a lot of what she called "education" but it just seemed a bit condescending. I'm sure the appointment will cost me a small fortune. And I sure think my time is valuable. Yet, I felt like we were inconveniencing her.
