To best meet your child’s needs, this appointment can’t be scheduled online. Please call 937-641-4000, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm to schedule. Our scheduling team will help you find the right provider, the best appointment time, and answer any questions you may have.  

If you’ve already seen a provider in allergy and immunology, please schedule your appointment through MyKidsChart or call 937-641-4000.
