Working in Pediatrics is a very rewarding area! I really enjoy getting to know patients and their families and being able to provide continued ENT care throughout their childhood is very special.

While I understand my son was only being seen for a yearly PE tube check-up, we had concerns about another set of tubes, snoring, and mouth breathing that were totally dismissed. We were shuffled in and out like cattle. While it was timely, it was disappointing to not feel like the provider couldn't slow down enough to listen to my concerns and discuss options/treatment other than "wait it out". Our nurse was phenomenal.

I checked in on a kiosk but wasn't given an option to change my insurance. When I got to the desk the girl acted half annoyed when I gave her my new insurance card and told her the machine wouldn't let me change it. She updated everything but didn't collect my copay. I didn't ask I'll just wait for the bill.

It was a good visit! I didn't know what to expect, so I left my toddler child home, which I absolutely could've brought her. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Very easy appointment.
