My in person visits are always amazing. I had my first video visit. Tech problems were occurring on Children's end so they called me via phone. I felt dismissed and unheard.

The provider help me understand more of my daughter diagnosis. She was patient, she was thourogh. She showed me and gave me options for better care for my daughter. She was thoughtful and she was appreciated.
