Dr. Kalra's nurse was very seasoned and had a very good bedside manner with both my child and I. She did a good job addressing my concerns and speaking with my child. The nurse educator kept my child distracted and comfortable during his procedure, both on a physical and emotional/social manner.

She is very attentive and caring and she explains everything in great detail and she always have a plan of care.

The staff were great and really helpful with dealing with my son and him being scared and me having a sprained hand and not able to hold him like they needed but they got the job done and I'm so thankful for them!!!
