My appointment was at 2:00. I did not see the doctor until 2:40, and I was stuck in a little waiting room with a 1 1/2 year old, I'm sorry the office visit room, for 40 minutes with a 1 1/2 year old while she's in a diaper running around all over the place. I would appreciate it if you make a specific time, I understand office visits run over, but somebody could have come in and said something instead of making me wait 40 minutes.

The nurses and all the staff were great. The provider made me feel as if she had better things to do than be in the room with us. She may have had a headache or something I'm not sure, the closing of her eyes and how she scrunched her face, from what seemed like annoyance or pain I'm not sure which. The fact that she is a specialist and I'm going to have pay to an outrageous amount of money for that appointment as well as the up appointmentS, I need her to be more professional and not make me feel like, my child, with his broken hand, and myself are an annoyance to her.

Dr. Martinek always takes her time to go over the results of any x-rays or how things are going with my daughter. She was takes the time to answer any questions and never was in a rush and always has a great attitude and a smile on her face. As well as the staff is always friendly and welcoming when we arrive and when we leave.

The provider took time to explain everything to me regarding the fracture in my child's elbow. She even took time to comfort my child who was upset and anxious about getting a cast.
