She's very kind, but when she speaks to you and tells you about what's going on she goes into full detail about explaining it and telling you... Sorry, telling you how it goes through and what needs to be done and what can be done and she explains in a way that I can understand and as it's good... with explaining in detail and Care on what needs to be done and what can be done and what will help and won't won't help.

I am blown away by the bedside manner of Shelly Rustagi. She is so caring, listened to everything my daughter explained to her and was putting everything together in her head so we had a direction to go before we left the room. I would for sure recommend her to anyone needing a GI specialist!

Best specialist ever seen. Amazing kindness and ability to explain treatment and benefits of possible courses of action. Really listened and cared.
