I chose my career path in order to try to have a positive impact on the functioning and happiness of children and their families.
I chose to join the Dayton Children's team because of their high standards for services, team approach to treatment, warm environment, and focus on children and families as the highest priority.
I have been impressed with the hospital's dedication to seeking input from the community and from families on what they need and truly applying that information when considering the future direction of the hospital and its services.
