Dr. Lake was very respectful. Her interactions with my daughter was very caring and kind. She asked my daughter how she was feeling instead of only asking me about what was occurring or going on with her, and I thought that was very nice. Overall, this was my first time meeting Dr. Lake, and I am happy that she is our new pediatrician at the Hope Center.

My experience with Dr.Lake is always very enlightening...informative and caring.Dr. Lake and all the staff at Childrens health treat me with respect and takes the time to listen to my concerns and make my granddaughters health a priority...My granddaughters are new patients...but Dr Lake makes them feel comfortable and safe for them to talk to her...and she makes me feel like they are a priority to her...just amazing.....They may be new patients but Dr. Lake makes us all feel like we have been seeing her forever....Childrens Hospital is very blessed to have such a wonderful Dr................THANK YOU AGAIN DR. LAKE....see you at the next visit

She was very kind, very personable. She explained everything clearly for us to understand. Very helpful. She talked to the patient directly, which was something that I like outside of just listening to the parents. She asked them directly. But, yeah, Dr. Lake was fine. She was enjoyable. I appreciate the conversation in between time while she was still letting us know exactly how to continue care.
