Although it was a longer appointment than usually it was definitely worth the wait. She was great and took her time with us and explained everything. Very informative and sweet.

I find Hayley to be very welcoming. She is calm. She explains things really well, even went above and beyond to explain things like, oh, see where this, you know, bone had grown. And just really, I feel like creating that level of knowledge for us as to how the bone was healing and how things were going. So I think she's wonderful and very pleasant.
