Very disappointed in the urologist's procedure, lack of communication/explanation, brusqueness and the effect it had on our daughter. Also, no info on amount we would pay for the testing, etc. was told that it would have prior authorization and approved by insurance however, on the day of appt none of this was disclosed nor was prior authorization even done by Dayton Children's! Now we have no idea what the charges will be or if insurance will even cover.

The doctor was excellent caring and listening to all my concerns. I have absolutely no negative feedback. He was amazing.

My child sees Dr. Brown for Urology for chronic UTIs and she actually really enjoys going to see him. She has seen him I think three times now, but she always ask if she can go see Dr. Brown even more than our primary care. So he's been wonderful with her and she really enjoyed going there to see him. He's always thorough and explained everything to us like we appreciate so he's a good doctor.

Dr. Brown, his staff and everyone involved in my childcare went above and beyond to ensure not only comfort for my child but comfort and peace of mind for me and everyone involved in his treatment plan and I cannot. I cannot praise Him highly enough. Thank you so much.
