We appreciated Dr. Brown seeing our son on a follow up basis and more importantly his expertise to recommend a follow up procedure. We look forward to our son overcoming his hypospadius and appreciate that Dr. Brown will be performing his upcoming surgery.
Communication between the scheduling staff, nurses, and doctor was clearly lacking during this visit. The ladies in registration and ultrasound were wonderful and friendly!
Our experience with Dayton Children's has always been very positive. Dr. Brown was very kind, listened intently, and explained our options well. We felt like we received the information we needed and had a good game plan moving forward. Thank you, Dr. Brown!
Our experience at children's was wonderful. The visit and all testing went seamlessly. We were registered as a new patient quickly, we were called back as soon as we were registered. We had hardly to none of a wait time for the physician to come in he addressed all our concerns. The physician sent us for an x-ray and ultrasound. Registration and x-ray worked together with the ultrasound tech to keep us from having to wait to have the ultrasound at our scheduled time at 4:15. We were very appreciative of registration and x-ray working with the ultrasound tech to get us in quickly. When I say seamless I mean we had a 2:30 appointment we were a half hour early we were registered by 2:15 seen minutes later went straight to registration for radiology went straight back for x-ray then straight to ultrasound and left probably by 3:30. Everyone we came in contact with had a great attitude and a smile on their face and wanted to help, that's what I want to see when I go with my child for an appointment. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
