Shaun Spielman, MD

bio

Shaun Spielman, MD is a sports medicine provider with Dayton Children's Hospital.

Dr. Spielman attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where he ran cross country and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Following college he received his medical degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. He also completed his residency in family medicine and fellowship in primary care sports medicine at West Virginia University.

He has a special interest in sports medicine, medical education (especially musculoskeletal medicine), healthcare systems and policy and infectious diseases. When he's not with patients, he enjoys cooking, racquetball, college football and salsa dancing.
