get to know me

I chose my specialty because...

I take pride in the unique opportunity a pediatrician has to effect so much positive change for a patient and their family.

I like working with kids because...

part of me doesn't want to grow up, and following a patient and their family over the years and watching their growth and development is a very inspiring, rewarding experience.

I chose to work at Dayton Children's because...

I trained here, my son has been treated here and I fell in love with the culture and the care that we are able to provide.

Dayton Children's is special because...

it has a small hospital and family feel without sacrificing the quality of care we are able to provide.

a fun fact about me

I love Philadelphia sports teams, cruise vacations and all things Disney!

All staff from the receptionist to Dr. We're very friendly and gave excellent service in my personal opinion.

Oh, that was my first time meeting. Um, Dr. Keiffer, the first visit, he was understanding. He, um, just, you know, from parent to parent, he understood everything that I was saying about my son. Uh, the second, um, the second visit, he definitely was understanding. He sympathized with me. He listened to everything. Um, he didn't treat me like I was less than like, I didn't know what I was talking about. So yes, he's a very good provider. Very good.
