Chiarina Owens, Ph.D., is the program director of neuropsychology at Dayton Children's Hospital. As the program director of neuropsychology, Dr. Owens' goal is to develop and provide oversight to a state of the art evaluation service that provides comprehensive and individualized evaluations that effectively guide families, school systems, and clinical providers in helping each child maximize their wellbeing and enhance their ability to enjoy and contribute to their community.
