Objectives:

  1. Recognize sensory processing differences and how it might impact a patient’s experience in the hospital setting.
  2. Cite the adaptive sensory environments at Dayton Children’s Hospital.
  3. Create adaptive sensory environments in any setting to facilitate positive coping for patients.
