COVID-19 vaccines at Dayton Children's
Dayton Children’s is offering regular COVID-19 vaccination clinics at our main and south campuses for any person 12 years old and older. We will be giving the Pfizer vaccine. Please visit Ohio’s vaccine management solution to sign up for an appointment at a location near you.
If you do not see Dayton Children’s as an option, it means we do not have appointments available. Continue to check back as appointments will be added regularly. We are also continuing to partner with Dayton Public Schools to offer school-based vaccine clinics.
If you are traveling to Dayton Children's main campus for a vaccine appointment, please turn into One Children’s Plaza, drive past the employee parking garage and pull around the back of the building for the entrance to the COVID vaccine clinic.
Children younger than 18 years old will need to have this completed consent form to get the vaccine.
