shop to give

Dayton Children’s is proud to have the support of so many amazing community businesses. Giving to Dayton Children’s can be as easy as shopping with one of our partners.

The Little Exchange

Have you been looking for a shop where you can find unique gifts, home decor, women’s and children’s clothing and accessories, and many other items while knowing that the proceeds from those purchases benefit Dayton Children’s Hospital? The Little Exchange is that place! The Little Exchange has been in business for 70 years at 45 Park Avenue in Oakwood. They are run by 75 friendly volunteers and donate all of their shops proceeds to the hospital. Over the years, The Little Exchange has given over $1.7 million and currently supports the Family Resource Connection. Their shop will not disappoint! Visit The Little Exchange for your next gift purchase.

Children's Miracle Network balloons

Many businesses in the area sell Children's Miracle Network balloons and other icons throughout the year. All the money raised in the Dayton area and the 20 county service region directly benefits Dayton Children's. Many of these companies may also have change collection jars or conduct special events during the year and we urge you to actively participate.

Amazon

Amazon has discontinued its AmazonSmile program, which allowed shoppers to choose a charity to support through their purchases. However, you can still shop through Amazon to support our Child Life team by ordering an item from their Wish List and sending it directly to Dayton Children's Hospital!

Find their top needed items here.

Child's Play Charity

Are you a gamer? Would you like to buy video games and systems for patients and the play rooms? Child's Play Charity was established by the video gaming community to help pediatric hospitals. Giving is easy! Simply visit the Dayton Children’s Child’s Play wish list, buy a toy, video game or movie, and your gift will be shipped directly to us.

Kroger Community Rewards program

Enroll in the Kroger Community Rewards program by registering your Kroger Plus card online at www.krogercommunityrewards.com. A portion of your total grocery purchase will be donated to Dayton Children's. Sign into your account or create a new one. Enter the Dayton Children's NPO number: HG436 and click "Enroll." Then, every time you shop at Kroger, swipe your Kroger Plus card for each purchase to count. Remember to reenroll annually in April.

Panera Cafes

Each April, the Dayton-area Panera locations hold a "Pieces of Hope" cookie sale to benefit the Autism Diagnostic Center. Proceeds from the sale of these special puzzle-piece cookies along with change from the canisters is donated to Dayton Children's to support our programs to diagnose and treat kids on the autism spectrum.

Spirit Halloween stores

Every September and October, the ghosts and goblins appear at Spirit Halloween stores in Dayton, Miamisburg, Troy and Piqua.
