Objectives:

  1. Recognize clinical diagnosis and genetic diagnosis to treat rare diseases: hypophosphatasia, x-linked hypophosphatemia and achondroplasia.
  2. Explain the molecular basis of short stature including achondroplasia at the growth plate.
  3. Describe the roles of various providers involved in the management of bone disorders.
