Connor Child Health Pavilion temporary closure - reopens May 2

The Connor Child Health Pavilion at 1010 Valley Street will reopen on Thursday, May 2, following a three-day closure due to a car accident Saturday night. We want to thank our patients and families for their patience this week while we worked to ensure the building was operational. We also thank the companies who worked quickly to repair the damage.

Update as of Monday, April 29 at 4:15pm:

All appointments at the Connor Child Health Pavilion at 1010 Valley Street for Monday, April 29 to Wednesday, May 1, have been moved to an alternate location, after a car accident damaged the building and a gas meter causing a gas leak.

Families should receive a text message with the new location. Families with an appointment Monday, April 29 to Wednesday, May 1 can call 937-641-5355 for questions or further information.

We hope to reopen the building by Thursday, May 2. We will provide further updates here as we learn more.

Update as of Sunday, April 28: 

The Connor Child Health Pavilion at 1010 Valley Street will be closed on Monday, April 2, due to damage from a car accident on Saturday night. 

Patients with appointments at the Connor Child Health Pavilion will be contacted through text and provided an alternative location for their appointment on Monday. If a family with an appointment on Monday does not receive a text by 8:00pm Sunday night, they can call 937-641-5355 for more information.

Repairs to the gas line and gas meter damaged in teh accident will be made as quickly as safely possibly, in hopes of reopening on Tuesday. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. We thank the first responders who arrived so quickly on the scene and acted so decisively. We also thank all those working diligently to return the building to order.
