the dos and don'ts of treating reflux in babies
It’s pretty common for babies to have reflux – what we adults often call heartburn but also known as gastroesophageal reflux, or GER. The acidic contents in the stomach back up into the esophagus and burn, causing baby to spit up, vomit, hold her breath or just be downright fussy after feeding.

● An entirely liquid diet
● Tiny tummies
● Immature muscles, especially the one in the valve between their stomach and esophagus that is still learning how to close properly
● Spend a lot of time lying down
so what can you do?
