I loved our time with Dr Wright. He helped us to know what was going on with my child. We were not just brushed off, nor rushed with the amount of info that came our way. He is kind and understanding.

Dr. Wright offered helpful explanations of our child's new diagnosis in a way that was detailed, easy to understand, and practical. We feel relief after the visit and like we have a better understanding of ways to prevent bleeding and possible next steps as options at other points in care, if needed. I was impressed with the nurse education provided by Alaina and letters for school and dentist that were already prepared ahead of the visit. You can tell the team works nicely together! Earlier in care when we were waiting on the ATP release test results, I really appreciated that Cheryl called the outside lab to try to get a better idea of when results would be available when it was taking longer than expected. Our son felt more comfortable after yesterday's visit and the kid friendly materials were approachable. He used the bleeding disorders coloring book multiple times that evening after reading the pages.
