He has always been utmost respectful and has done an amazing job with my son. My son absolutely adores him. And I cannot thank him enough for all the stuff that he has done for my son. And I do truly appreciate him and his staff.

Doctor Shank is wonderful and listens to our concerns and gives us the best course of action for our little girl.

Nice bedside manner, but didn't feel fully present in the room with us or with his student observer. It was slightly awkward because the student who was observing was not introduced by our provider, the student introduced himself. And the student was very personable. The questions we asked were answered. Our child did receive good care. We were just a little surprised by the provider's lack of engagement with our child and the room in general.
