It was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment. I was told a nurse would call to schedule and I had to call for a month to schedule, as a nurse never called me.

Our appointment was at 8:20. We waited an hour to see the doctor. The doctor did apologize for our wait when she came in. It would have been helpful for an update from any staff member or an explanation on why we waited for an hour at an appointment that was first thing in the morning. Once the doctor came in she was great.

The office had been running a little behind so I felt that maybe the doctor felt a little rushed. She talked somewhat fast. However, she still answered all of our questions and did a thorough exam of my child.
