TCN Troy - specializes in drug and alcohol addiction, dual dx, and some general mental health conditions for ages 15+. They accept Anthem, Medical Mutual, UHC, Cigna, Aetna, Medicaid, and Medicaid HMO's. Also offers a sliding scale fee based on ability to pay. Please reach out for more information.

TeleAyuda LLC

TeleAyuda LLC offers counseling to ages 13 and older. TeleAyunda primarily focuses on providing services to the Latino community. Currently TeleAyuda LLC has One Spanish speaking provider. Telehealth services are also offered across Ohio.

The Bair Foundation Clinical Services

The Bair Foundation offers an alternative to traditional office-based counseling by working with children, ages 4 and older, within the home, school and community to facilitate mental health recovery in children and adolescents. The counties served, include Montgomery, Greene, Clark, Warren, Miami, and Shelby, depending on the availability of the therapists. This agency accepts Medicaid HMO plans only.
