Angela Lu is a nurse practitioner in orthopedics at Dayton Children's Hospital and the lead advanced practice provider for the division.
She has vast experience as a Level 1 trauma nurse and has held various roles as a floor nurse, clinical team lead nurse and case management nurse
Angela received her undergraduate degree from Kettering College and obtained her master's with a nurse practitioner focus from Purdue Global University. She completed her doctorate of nursing practice at The Ohio State University in April 2023.
When not at work, Angela enjoys spending time with her four kids, dancing and traveling!

We really liked the provider. We did NOT like waiting to be seen over an hour past our appointment time. My time is just as valuable as the providers.

Thank you Dayton Children's for taking care of our girl. It's been such a hard time watching her be unable to do the things she normally loves to do (because of her broken leg). Especially as a toddler who cannot fully understand what is going on. We feel supported through this time and it means the world.

We were very pleased with the service that we received for my granddaughter. We were informed. All of our questions and concerns were answered. We were treated with respect and I was very pleased with all of the visits that we've had there. So I had no complaints, nothing but compliments. Staff was professional. They gave us the attention I think that we needed. So I was very pleased.
