This was one of the worst experiences with a provider we've ever had. My 15 year old daughter did not feel heard at all and left in tears. The doctor was extremely arrogant and acted as though she knew everything without asking for any background information despite seeing that I had taken detailed notes to share with her. She could have cared less about my daughter and her pain. Will never return.

Very kind and attentive to my child's concerns

The provider is not able to communicate effectively with children or teenagers. She's not able to relate in a manner which they understand or respect. Personalities do not mix between her and my daughter and we will be looking for a different care provider for her.

She took her time listening to us and all of our concerns. And she was very nice.
