Krista Mcneice truly takes time to listen to your concerns and takes the time to figure out what's going on with the patient. I'm thankful that she's providing care and ordering testing to help my child instead of brushing it off.

My daughter's provider at her recent visit wasn't listening to me when I told her that her formula isn't sitting right with her. Her formula keeps making her get sick and I feel like she wasn't listening about that. But she did prescribe us acid reflux medicine and it's kind of working but she's still throwing up and having bad rashes. So I don't think this provider listened to me carefully.
