Dr. Bautista listens to what we say and takes things into consideration and gives good information clearly. We really, really appreciate Dr. Bautista. She's very knowledgeable and very kind and has time to listen and process what we're saying and she seems to care.

Dr. Bautista was great, super friendly, courteous, and answered everything like I was a peer, offering explanations as needed. Dr. Bang was thorough and professional, but seemed timid and somewhat scared.
