My son wanted to take his cast with him after they removed it and asked if he could and they said yes. Well, in our mistake and hurry to leave we left it behind on the counter. When we realized we drove right back and ran up to ask if they still had it. They bent over backwards to find it for him. Now obviously this was not a very important thing and they could've easily shrugged it off and just told us there was nothing they could do, especially with all the responsibilities these workers have. In the innocent eyes of my kid, though, it was extremely important and meant a lot to him. I am very thankful that they recognized that and took so much care and didn't dismiss him. It's experiences like these that makes me want to choose the longer drive every time. Thank you.

I would hope to get Carrie anytime I deal with orthopedics at Children's Hospital.

The entire team made my wife and I feel at ease, but more importantly they took my son into a personal care that made him be us relax. They established immediate trust with him. Our staff and all care givers were so emphatic and supportive.
