I would just like to say from the time that Ms. Shook took care of my baby. She did a wonderful job very caring, loving, listen to everything I had to say. Always showed concern polite, courteous, beautiful soul inside and out and I'm going to miss her so much. I'm very emotional. I'm tired of losing out a good doctors, but I wish her nothing but the best because she's a beautiful woman.

The provider was okay. The facility made you feel like I was contagious or diseased And I just didn't feel comfortable and there as far as that part. Didn't like the fact that I had to do some of the stuff that was unnecessary. This is to get into the building. I don't understand what a wrist band on my wrist supposed to do and that's not providing adequate service that way my opinion. I didn't care much for it. And I made my son's appointment telehealth because of how the facility was. Thank you.
