Dr. lake listened to all my daughter's concerns and addressed each one with either a prescription for symptoms and/or a referral to a specialist. Vaccinations were given, blood work was done, an x-ray, and all were finished with timely follow-up. Great care and a SUPER convenient location!!

May be stop calling Dr. Lake a provider? She is a physician and patient experience survey should reflect that.
