Dr kapolka was really helpful and listened to any of my concerns. Would 100% recommend her. The front desk was also helpful with any questions I had and was patient.

Yes, the nurse and the doctor or provider that I had an appointment with were both very pleasant, very nice. I felt comfortable. My daughter really liked them. It was an overall positive experience and she answered all of my questions and I was able to get a referral. The only thing I have to say is that I don't know if they didn't realize that I had Medicaid because I asked for a referral which they called me for a dermatologist for my daughter but the referral that they gave me, they don't take Medicaid. They don't take AmeriHealth and that's what I have. So I mean I wish they would have known that, you know, hey I have AmeriHealth, AmeriHealth doesn't take Medicaid.
