Heather Koss, RN, has been active in EMS since 1996 and a pediatric nurse in emergency department at Dayton Children’s for 14 years. She remains active in the EMS community, serves as a liaison for pre-hospital EMS care, and serves on quality assurance, standing orders, and pediatric committees at the local, regional, and state levels.
