Dr. Ankur Patel is a pediatric ENT fellowship-trained ear, nose and throat specialist at Dayton Children's Hospital. Prior to his arrival at Dayton Children's he was faculty at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles where he maintained a busy practice that ranged from the simple to complex. Dr. Patel grew up in Dayton and returned due to the new and exciting opportunities at Dayton Children's.

Special Interests: Hearing loss, thyroid surgery, congenital neck masses, disorders of the airway, sleep apnea, swallowing disorders.

I felt like we were pushed into a tonsillectomy before having enough information about my daughters snoring. It was recommended and scheduled so quickly that I felt like I had so many questions after the appointment. We will be canceling the surgery and waiting for more answers.

Look, EVERYone we came in contact with was amazing. Even the lady telling us where to go at the desk; she told me I could use a wagon if I would like- I always thought those were for kids who couldnt walk.
