Shumsky Enterprises Donates Brave Kid Capes

Shumsky Enterprises donated 250 Brave Kid Cape kits to Dayton Children's as the establish a new program for pediatric hospitals.  Each kit comes with a tin lunchbox, a Brave Kid superhero cape, Brave Kid stickers, coloring sheets and an official membership card.  The membership card reminds patients to:

  • Listen to your doctors and nurses
  • Take your medicine
  • Get plenty of rest
  • Think happy thoughts
  • Be brave
This innovative program brings smiles to the patients, provides a fun distraction, and provides for hours of play - both in and out of the hospital.
