"We would like to thank Jerry Taylor for serving the Outpatient Testing Center as a courier. Although it is his job, he goes above and beyond his tasks with his interest in the best way to serve our customers. Jerry understands not only the courier side of the business but also the testing regime and what makes sense when there is a need to get a result to our doctors as soon as possible. He is efficient with his time and routes and considers the transport of specimens and supplies essential in our success. Jerry demonstrates outstanding SPIRIT by understanding the meaning of service in the Outpatient Testing Center atmosphere. His suggestions for innovation for time saving and efficient delivery of supplies and specimens demonstrates a thorough knowledge of his service area.
