Beth’s ingenious idea for improving a process at the urgent care center in Springboro demonstrates excellence in the SPIRIT standard of innovation. Beth’s idea for treating orthopedic patients has streamlined the process for families at the urgent care center in Springboro. Before they implemented Beth’s idea the parents had to see two doctors and have two charges for two separate visits. Beth proposed a new way of processing referred patients so that the parent is not charged for two visits and two doctor bills. This saves time and money.
