CareSource Just4Me coverage continues at Dayton Children's

Dayton Children’s will continue to offer CareSource Just4Me™, a qualified health plan in the health insurance marketplace at its two campuses and 11 additional locations. Some children’s hospitals have announced they will discontinue the coverage as of August 1, 2022.

For families who are losing coverage at other hospitals, we would be happy to assist you in transferring your care to a specialist at Dayton Children’s. Many of our specialties allow for self-referral and online scheduling and do not require a referral from a physician. If a referral is required, please talk to your child’s primary care physician and ask for them to send a referral to Dayton Children’s.

While families will need to check with the insurer for complete details, any service that was previously covered as in-network at another area hospital should also be in-network at Dayton Children’s.

2.       Call central scheduling at 937-641-4000 from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
