quick care for minor conditions
Kids Express is a one-of-a-kind pediatric-focused health care option combining the convenience of a retail clinic approach and online scheduling with the pediatric expertise of a specially trained nurse practitioner. While there are a lot of retail clinics for adults, this is the only one in Ohio with care that is just right for kids and focused on their unique needs. Our board-certified pediatric nurse practitioners provide high quality, affordable health care.
Locations: Kids Express is available for in-person visits in Beavercreek, Centerville, Springboro or West Chester as well as video visits for patients located throughout our region.

ages treated
Kids Express treats patients 6 weeks to 18 years.
conditions treated
When you can’t get into your pediatrician’s office visit Kids Express (or schedule a video visit) for everyday issues such as:
- colds and coughs
- ear infections
- pink eye
- rashes
- mild fever
- flu
- flu shot
- sore/strep throat
- lice
- sinus infection
- sports physicals
- and more!
what you can expect
- The pediatric difference. Kids are not little adults and deserve care designed for them.
- Our providers can send a summary of your visit to your primary care provider, with your permission.
- Lower cost than an urgent care or emergency visit. We accept most insurance plans.
reminder
Kids Express is not an urgent care or an emergency department. Parents should choose those other options if their child is having trouble breathing, bleeding profusely, needs stitches, imaging or care above what a pediatrician could take care of during an office visit.

save your spot
Before coming to Kids Express we recommend contacting your child’s pediatrician. If you cannot get in to see them then we are here to help!
Similar to making an appointment at a pediatrician’s office, parents should save their spot online to make sure their visit is at a convenient time for them and to reduce the amount of time spent in the waiting room. Walk-ins are also welcome, however scheduled patients will be seen first so we encourage you to check in before you arrive. You also can choose to schedule a video visit with Kids Express to avoid coming to one of our facilities.
Please note that your time choice is only a reservation. Some patients may still have to wait upon arrival. The reservation time given is your anticipated time to a treatment room and does not indicate when you will be seen by a provider; this is defined as the time you check in at the front desk until you are greeted by a staff member.
video visits
Kids Express team can see patients virtually for the conditions listed below. If our nurse practitioner believes your child needs to be seen in person they can convert the visit for your child to be seen at one of our Kids Express or Urgent Care locations and you will only receive one charge.
Conditions seen virtually include:
- COVID-19 concerns
- Rashes
- Minor respiratory conditions
- Allergies
- Pink eye
- Vomiting and diarrhea
- Headache
- Constipation
