Media visits to Dayton Children’s Hospital must be coordinated in advance to protect the safety, privacy, and wellbeing of our patients and families. We’re happy to support your coverage, but ask that you follow these guidelines when visiting our campus:

  • All media requests must be scheduled through our Marketing and Communications team.
  • If media coverage has not been coordinated in advance, reporters must remain off hospital property—including inside the building, parking lots, and all other areas at any Dayton Children’s location.
  • A staff escort is required at all times while on hospital property.
  • Filming, photography, or interviews involving patients or families require prior written consent.
  • Please respect patient confidentiality and avoid capturing identifying information unless approved.
  • All visitors must comply with current hospital safety protocols, including health screenings if required.
