Dayton Children's offers urgent care services at its Springboro location--the only urgent care center in the Dayton region that is fully staffed by board certified pediatricians. Our urgent care center compliments your child's doctor by offering care when the doctor's office typically is closed. Our staff provide treatment for minor illnesses and injuries for children from birth to 21 years of age.
If you bring your child to our urgent care center and our physician feels your child needs to go to the emergency department, a transport team will be called so medically trained professionals can accompany you and your child to the Dayton Children's main campus.

Get in line before you leave home
We know the last place you want to be with a sick child is in a waiting room. Our online system allows you to wait in the comfort of your home and let’s you know when it’s time to leave to come in for your visit.
Parents have rated the care received very high--giving the center and its staff a rating of 97 percent satisfaction with the quality of care received!
During Urgent Care business hours, if wait time is listed as "unavailable," we can accept walk-in patients. Wait times are updated every minute and are estimates based on the average time it takes for a patient to be placed in an exam room. Wait times begin 30 minutes after we open and stop 15 minutes before we close.
