 ​Objectives:

1. Explore the rich history of psoriasis treatments as a model of other autoimmune skin diseases in children.
2. Review the various phenotypes of psoriasis seen in children.
3. Discuss the current and emerging mechanisms for the treatment of psoriasis including phototherapy, vitamin D analogs, topical calcineurin inhibitors, human aryl hydrocarbon receptor modifying agents, biologics and small molecule inhibitors.
